Bundle of Joy

Our Bundle of Joy box was designed for an acute care Labor & Delivery suite as a friendly welcome for mothers and babies. The top detaches from the base and features cut outs for handles for carrying. Extra tissues, diapers, and formula provided by the hospital easily fit into the box to transport home. Once home, transforming to a toy bin, it serves as a friendly reminder of a happy day facilitated by both the hospital visited and Medline, who supplied many of the products used during the hospital stay.

Keeping in tune with a mother-baby theme, I settled on a joey-toting kangaroo to echo the function of this colorful carrier. I sketched, drafted, and created this simplified scalable illustration using inviting, gender-neutral colors.
